Merely her opinion. It's not up to her whether it comes up for a vote or not. When it comes up for a vote, she either has to vote no, yes, or abstain. That's the only opinion of hers that counts and on which history will judge her. My guess is that, unless she is interested in committing political suicide, when it comes down to it she will vote yes.
The people have already spoken on this issue. DJT was elected for just this moment. She just tossed her only chance at re-election.

We can only lose one more of the squishes. If we lose two, we will need a democrat to cross over. It would be a genuine profiles in courage moment if a sincerely pro-life democrat rose to the occasion, but I don't see any likely prospects. Most of the dems are abortion fanatics, and any democrat who switched at this time would be ending his career.
I suspect McConnell already knows the outcome. Either he will hold 50 or he will bring the vote to the floor knowing he will lose just to put people on the record. He owes that much to the base and he knows it.
