Before she was on the United States Supreme Court, Ruth Bader Ginsburg supported a U.S. government racial quota plan when she was on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. The mainstream media did not tell the public about it. The Democrats and Republicans in Congress did not tell the public about it. Talk-radio hosts did not tell the public about it. As a Supreme Court Justice Ginsburg continued her approval of racial preferences, aka “affirmative action” as described here, here and here.

This is news? It would be shocking if she did NOT support Affirmative Action, which is part of the catechism of the left.

Self ping.

We need to list ALL of her views/decisions/statements of her ‘legacy’, here, or on another dedicated thread.

I have no problem with her supporting Affirmative Action. However, I don’t believe it is constitutional.

A good judge should follow the law regardless of their personal beliefs. Stop Judicial Activism

Ginzburg at her core was an evil, horrible person. She supported abortion, homosexuality and all its perverse permutations and never, ever had any “tolerance” for anyone who disagreed with her. She was a political partisan and idealogue who corrupted American law to destroy America. She hated most Americans. Sorry there is no way to whitewash her career and person.

The GOP senators didn’t make a big deal out of a Justice-nominee supporting something that a HUGE majority of the American people were against at that time? Shocking. It’s almost like they have been cowards for decades.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg wanted to lower the age of consent to twelve. She fought for Abortion and violated her oath by speaking at Planned Parenthood fundraisers. Don’t forget.— The TRUMP PAGE 🇺🇸 (@MichaelDeLauzon) September 19, 2020

I recall too that the previous to Romney UT Senator, Orrin G. Hatch, was a big booster of RBG.

Fox News has whitewashed her career on the mantra of women’s rights, rather than ultra-liberal court rulings. They have also highlighted her friendship with Justice Scalia.

I have no problem with her supporting Affirmative Action.

I do because I don't believe in racial discrimination. You'll never end discrimination by discriminating.

They have been cowards for decades. That’s a big part of why we are in the boat we’re in now. Trump is the first one in decades with the courage for the fight.

Did Saint Ginsburg suggest a person of color from her death bed?

Why not?

Nina Totenbarf reported on NPR that Ginzy was a moderate. No mention that she ran the ACLU. The commie press was in full pantload under Clinton too.

Let’s see if the issue of racial preferences is discussed in the upcoming confirmation hearings, no matter who is nominated.
