Mitch needs to press hard with this angle, the country will not accept a ballot dispute resolution based on some lower appellate court if the Supreme Court ties. You do understand that his decision to vote for Kavanugh was only AFTER Collins agreed to vote for him? Had Collins gone the other way, Manchin was clear that he was NOT going to give Kavenaugh his 50th vote.
