If he said HE KNEW he would have been attacked for not fawning over her during the rally. Think about it. I have a lot more believe in the people responsible for POTUS to think he would not be current on everything. A lie? No a seasoned tendering
If he said he knew, he would have been attacked for even holding the rally.
Maybe he knew she was bad off......family hovering around......but not that she died.
