(CNN)If not enough Americans get a Covid-19 vaccine when it becomes available, it won't help reduce the spread of the deadly virus, the nation's top infectious disease official said.
In an interview with The Wall Street Journal, Dr. Anthony Fauci addressed the risks of too few people taking the vaccine. Even a third of Americans getting vaccinated against the coronavirus won't be enough, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases said. "It's a combination of how effective a vaccine is and how many people use it," Fauci said. "If you have a vaccine that is highly effective and not enough people get vaccinated, you're not going to realize the full, important effect of having a vaccine

These government officials should lead by example. If they don’t die, then it’s safe, if they do die, then we’re safe.
Fauci is a quack. The vaccine couldn’t possibly know who took it for it to be effective for an individual.

Fauci....hmmm... I remember that guy. Isn’t he the dude that said masks don’t work, anonymous sex during a pandemic is okay, and that giving 3.7 million dollars to a lab in Wuhan was a good idea?
How about this:
If you want to be sure you don’t get the virus, take the vaccine.
If you want to take your chances, don’t.
It’s that simple.
Dictacrats will want to force us to take the vaccine because if we don’t, we may pass on the virus to other people, and that makes us bad people who don’t care about others and need to be punished.
But guess what? The only people you’re going to pass it on to are other people who refused to take the vaccine and therefore they deserve to be punished.
Problem solved.
Here’s an idea.
All officials of the federal government, including the president and VP, and congress and their staffs, and especially Fauci and Birx, and of course all senior executives of the pharma companies releasing these vaccines - should take them first.
If they’re so confident that these vaccines are the answer, they should have no problem doing this.
Then the rest of us can see whether it’s safe for us to take them.
How about if those who are actually vulnerable to its effects and who choose to take it take it?
Sounds okay to me. (Though likely not a good idea even for them.)
And would you ever believe even if they tried to show themselves receiving it live on camera?

I’ve never had a flu shot. I’m not getting this one for a virus that is as harmless as this one. I see where they are going with this and, fortunately, I’m not on that particular bus.

Enough younger folks (age 0 to 60), without any comorbidity factors need to get their infection and minor illness over with so that the population establishes herd immunity, while the truly vulnerable remain the most protected.
When we were kids my mom used to put us in bed with the brother or sister that had any of the childhood infections, so we’d all get it over with and she’d be done handling that problem. To the vast majority of kids the childhood infections are not a death sentence.
I think the message is — “You must take the vaccine. You must accept the New Tyranny. If you do not accept the New Tyranny, then we have no choice but to extend the Current Tyranny until such time as you accept the New Tyranny.”
