I can see the problems, but having seen how many Democrats are too lazy or scared to do much, I think this might be a good thing.
If the voter needs to be contacted about their signature, this filters out those who filed a fake ballot. If they have to come in to verify it, then illegals and the fakers will probably not come in.

I agree, I don’t have a problem with this.
I don’t think it should be up to ONE election official to throw away a ballots, because they don’t think the signature matches. They would be throwing away republican ballots by the thousands.
Give them a chance to prove they filled out the ballot. I think this is a plus for us.
