If the nation’s police officers walked off the job today, it would be hard to blame them. Sunday’s anti-cop riots in Lancaster, Pa., have made the current de facto rules of engagement clear: Officers may never defend themselves against lethal force if their attacker is a minority. They should simply accept being shot or stabbed as penance for their alleged racism.

The police need subcontractors who are not police, and have no reservations or imposed limits about trashing thugs. The cop tells them once to drop their weapon, and if they refuse, the subcontractor intervenes and kills the thug while the cop doesn’t watch.

Then the cop registers it as a citizen vs. unknown citizen homicide, and tends to the dead thug. Then under ordinary circumstances, the subcontractor gets the rest of the day off and is replaced with a different one.

This happens over and over again: A community complains police are too rough, so the police back off. Then the community complains police aren’t doing enough. So the police get tough on crime again. Then the community complains police are too rough again. And on and on. It never ends.

Radio news coverage sounded very familiar going back to when the same stuff was happening in New York .Where cops were being murdered as the aftermath of Obama using the Zimmerman trial and the Bully Pulpit creating racial division defending resisting arrests which resulted racial attacks on innocents traversing black neighborhoods and attacks on police officers.

Those so called “protesters” at the hospital in this should be considered accomplices and also held responsible.
