But the hack democrat judges on the PA Supreme Court have already ruled that Wolf can rule like a dictator and shut down business, churches, youth camps, gyms, etc.
Who has supremacy?

This guy is Federal so he probably trumps State.

The U.S. Constitution trumps any state constitution. This ruling was by a federal judge based on the U.S. Constitution.

When it comes to the US Constitution, the premise of the argument, the federal courts have supremacy. Our state constitution is virtually identical to the US Constitution, but that matters not to the Democrat-controlled state supreme court. Wolf has said that he will appeal to the 3rd Circuit Court and will probably request an “emergency” stay - for reasons of public health, of course.

Oddly enough, the PA and Federal courts may BOTH be right. The PA courts rule on state law which may allow for that idiocy and the Federal courts rule on constitutional matters.
The Federal rulings will override the state courts. It happens all the time even in extreme cases where Federal troops have been used to enforce school desegregation orders.

PA Supreme Court cannot suspend the US Constitution. And this Federal judge just said that's what they and Wolf did. So he wins.
Until Wolf finds an Obama judge to say Wolf really is dictator for life and that's that. Which he'll do.
