Why would you celebrate that old corrupt Harding character?
Because he was a great president. He massively downsized the federal bureaucracy that had mushroomed during the Wilson administration and slashed the budget as well. No other president has been as effective at cutting government as Harding. He also cured a depression and ushered in what would become known as the Coolidge Boom.
I always considered Harding and Coolidge the best presidents ever. Totally expanded the economy, paid the debt and lowered taxes.
I had to read the bulk of this post before i was certain it wasn’t about Tonya(Harding).
