The left is insane. Conceding does not give the victory to Trump. Trump wins with the electoral votes. Biden can never concede and he will still have lost. Conceding is an acknowledgement by the loser that they accept the loss. The left must think that by not conceding that they hold special powers.
Joe could concede before the re-election.
