With the massive up-tick in violence, now is exactly when greater gun ownership is needed.
As always, telling law abiding citizens at home with their families that they are to blame for a murderer or attempted murderer somewhere is unconscionable.
Telling the criminals to be law abiding doesn’t work. Telling them not to use unregistered and illegal or stolen guns to commit crimes is nonsensical. Which criminal would volunteer to to obey the laws? Maybe parolees who can’t own a gun anyway? When would they start listening?
The rioting in the streets have made gin control a moot issue.
