Yes, I agree that’s a fair question, but even if the young man agreed to the act, the judge would have been using his power and position over the man’s life to get what he wanted.
The fact that the man’s attorney, a friend of Napolitano’s was running a prostitution ring at the time also makes this a believable story.
If Napolitano really did this and used his power as a judge to solicit sex needs to be exposed.
If this guy was never involved in prostitution I will look at this differently.
