The events being litigated took place in 1987
The man who is now suing Napolitano for 75 million... He has PTSD from what happened back then.

Claims Nappy forced his penis into this guys mouth one dark and snowy night. This man was traumatized, he was 20 years old at the time. Back then Nappy was a judge, who proceeded to give this guy a few light sentences and probations. All in New Jersey.

Andrew Napolitano accused of sexually abusing man in exchange for light sentence: suit

A former New Jersey man claims he was sexually assaulted by celebrity Judge Andrew Napolitano in exchange for a lenient sentence in an arson case in the 1980s, according to a bombshell lawsuit filed Friday.

The alleged victim, Charles Corbishley, also alleges the judge tried to block him from filing the suit in Manhattan federal court by lodging false police reports against him, the suit states.

Corbishley, who now lives in South Carolina, claimed in the suit that the abuse happened after he was indicted for arson in 1987 and retained a corrupt lawyer named Robert Hollis.

After the case was transferred, the lawyer allegedly set up a meeting between Corbishley, who was 20 at the time, and Napolitano at a house in Hackensack in 1988, the suit states.

The judge made small talk with the 20-year-old, before telling him, “you know, you could be going away for a long time,” according to the suit.

“He proceeded to place his hand on plaintiff’s shoulder, and forced plaintiff to his knees. As he pushed plaintiff down toward the ground, defendant told plaintiff to ‘be a good boy’,” the suit states.

The judge then forced him to perform oral sex on him, according to the suit.

It was on Fox news that Napolitano became upset and hostile with Trump because Trump claimed that Napolitano asked him for a seat on the U.S. Supreme court. Trump said no and Napolitano has been pissed ever sense that happened..

At 20 years old, carrying a snow shovel and a Christmas card he goes to see a judge (who's handling his case) and doesn't know why he's going?
After being sent by hollis who has an interesting background to say the least.
And this guy enjoys the benefits of his visit and got off the hook for so many things.

This is a fair question.

I get that now someone can chase money legally.
But it seems to me that even if the guy is telling the truth he's already been paid.
How many times should a guy like this get paid.

The accuser will not be able to prove it, but the incident has a ring of truth about it. Should be easy to prove whether Judge Napolitano was the judge in his case and if the judge hired him to work around his house.

If it is true, usually, i twon’t be the one and only time and there will probably be more accusers to come forward.
