I think the leniency the Judge gave in sentencing considering all the charges, asking any probation violations be sent to him, then do away with his community service, etc. Then finding out a witness in the lawsuit and police showing up at the witness house. There is a pattern.
Although not sure why he would have this guy do what he did outside vs. inside home.
