Believe me, I’m aware of the significant difference in average IQ between Blacks and Whites — see “The Bell Curve — but I tend to take the more optimistic view of Thomas Sowell, who is both Black and just as aware of that difference, that as more and more Black people moved up into prosperity, their average IQ will go up.
