Based on her credentials the only way she could get that job was to be black. I worked with a girl, we had same job title, both went to state school, same degree, same GPA.We took LSAT at the same time. I scored higher than her on LSAT. We apply to same school, she got accepted with scholarship. I got wait listed. Oh, she was of Korean dissent, but every much of an American as I am.
