It’s worth pointing out that Portland barely has black people (~6%, and about 3% in the metro area), and that the police attempting to arrest the ODing George Floyd were not Federal. So how does this cause or justify 90 days of violent rioting, much of it center on the Federal building?
It simply doesn’t. This is a town full of #TDS nutcases using George Floyd as an excuse to violently act out. This is a low level insurrection, which the local authorities, especially the mayor and DA, are in on.

so this judge is taking personal responsibility for the delay of treatement for any person being attended in the street when a clear the street order comes and the medics have to leave?
