I think Biden is simply being used as a throw away candidate this election. I think the rats know that none of their candidates can beat Trump. Therefore they are holding them back for 2024 where they think they’ll have a better chance at taking the Presidency. They picked Harris for the same reason. She wouldn’t have a chance in 2024. She’s washed up. Will be nothing more that what she is now.
