also all california churches appear to be now required to convert into token commercial establishments (or token mosques). so another way to finesse it might be to do that. CEs would result in losing tax free status but at least remove government harassment until the next wave which imaginably would target christian bookstores and not even traitor roberts would allow that (or would he).

If you get a moment, go to north valley baptist church web site and view the pastors response. He lays out a very compelling argument. I wish more churches would take a stand.
It’s my understanding that the First Amendment (among others) has been “incorporated”, meaning it applies to state governments as well as the federal government.
