They were charged with felonies by the Soros/St. Louis City prosecutor. She has declined to prosecute any of the ‘mostly peaceful’ protestors. The same prosecutor who went after and got Republican Governor Greitens using rather dubious means that are now under investigation. She won the democrat primary for re-election, but I think she has a Republican opponent in November.

The MO Attorney General said he is going to have the charges against the couple, but what the current status of the charges are now, I don’t know.

They were charged with a felony I think. That is the only reason she could say that and it is ridiculous. Liberals love their words that they can use and twist into an ugly bow.
