Presumably, if you're still here in the US of A, you're either okay with this or you're making plans to leave shortly for one of the advanced countries.
"To enforce the law and defend the interests of the United States according to the law; to ensure public safety against threats foreign and domestic; to provide federal leadership in preventing and controlling crime; to seek just punishment for those guilty of unlawful behavior; and to ensure fair and impartial administration of justice for all Americans."
During his disappointing tenure as the AG violence, looting, lawlessness, and domestic terrorism have blossomed in this country. I don't thin many would argue with that. And what has Barr done other than make some token arrests?
He could, and should, have done far more to uphold justice and to "ensure public safety against threats foreign and domestic" as he is obligated to do according the the department's own mission statement.
Barr's behavior thus far has been more like that of a bureaucrat in an unstable and corrupt banana republic rather than the Attorney General of the United States.
He's been in office a year and a half and has made just one Spygate related charge against a single DOJ attorney. Consider that this scandal is THE worst political scandal in the history of this country. Simply pathetic.
