I take the exact same Bio Quercetin product from Life Extension but also take a 25 mg zinc tablet along with it and I take it every day.
I will probably go to everyday pretty soon. School started today for my son (electronic, of course) and my daughter next week. She’s in a paramedic program, and will have to go to class for 8 hours each Friday; in November they start clinicals in the local hospital. Son may start going to class in person as soon as 4 weeks from now. I am thinking about returning to my actual office (instead of my living room) on a full-time basis pretty soon, also. So I need to step up my game.

I am NOT concerned about getting COVID-19. I’ll just fight it off if I do and have symptoms. I’m not so sure that I didn’t have it before the pandemic. A mild case. My wife as well shortly after me and she was sicker and it lasted longer with her. Who knows for sure. Only God.
