I have come to the conclusion the people with chronic illness are probably deficient in a number of key nutrients. Consensus regarding nutrients involved in the Covid issue include Vitamins C and D3, plus the mineral zinc. It would be very useful to test the elderly and people with co-morbidities to see what major nutrients they are deficient in. Then they could be supplied with supplements and we could see what the mortality rate is for those using targeted supplements and those who are not. Similarly, it would be useful to check the nutritional status of those who are positive, but have not been sick or only mildly ill. Of course, none of this provides big bucks for the drug companies or makes $20 million salaries possible or justifiable.
Dr. Fauci has pushed hard for tests to be made using Remdesivir, produced by Gilead Sciences. I was researching class action lawsuits and found that a number of lawyers in various parts of the country are suing Gilead regarding their drug Truvada (and perhaps others) because it has been causing serious bone and organ issues. They had a less toxic drug in the pipeline, but refused to produce it until they used up all the old, dangerous drug while it was still patented and they had already produced a bunch. What will be the legal status of all those who have prevented HCQ from being used and totally IGNORED ZINC, just because the complete Dr. Z treatment cost only $20.
