OK ... what is the DA going to do about criminal charges against rioters (assuming he knows — or will acknowlege — there is a difference between “protestors” and “rioters”.

Meanwhile in Missouri

Governor Mike Parsons is expanding Operation LeGend to include St. Louis. It is a program which started in Kansas City in which the U.S Department of Justice is dedicating agents from ATF, FBI, DEA, and U.S. Marshals Service to help the cities cope with violent crime.

The Governor has put extra state troopers in St. Louis and attorney general Eric Schmitt has been working with U.S. Attorney Jeff Jenson in prosecuting violent offenders.

The Governor has called the General Assembly into a special session for the purpose of giving Schmitt authority to prosecute cases in which St. Louis prosecuting attorney Kim Gardner has not brought charges within 90 days of filing.

Schmitt moved to drop charges brought by Gardner against the St. Louis couple who defended their home with firearms during a protest against the Mayor.

He is unknowingly setting up more felony arrests. If you push an officer in the melee, they often charge the lower interference with a peace officer but that can also be charged as assault.

Let’s rack up some felony charges on these cretins.
