CoVid 19 no longer qualifies as a pandemic.
If these powers were granted the governors by an executive health emergency power then why can’t the President simply declare the pandemic over and rescind the emergency power given to these governors? I don’t understand. I get that the governors might simply say no and it is an emergency forever and they’ll do as they please; but why not make them outright show their disdain for the Constitution and the President and the people and their proclivity for tyranny?
