State pols from both sides of the aisle have called for investigations into the conditions that led to at least 6,400 COVID-linked deaths in the facilities, including what role a March 25 mandate from Cuomo’s Department of Health barring homes from turning away coronavirus-positive patients may have played.
“No, I wouldn’t do an investigation,” Cuomo flatly told reporters on a Monday conference call.
Despite the bipartisan support for a probe in Albany, the Democrat governor continued to insist that the calls for accountability are politically-motivated.

It is time to prosecute Killer Cuomo for killing thousands of seniors just for the money.
I would think that if a state had 6,000+ people die anywhere, for almost any reason...and investigation is in order.
Politically motivated? Not really? Trying to make sure that we do not kill thousands of people in a few weeks? Yeah...that seems like a reasonable process.
For someone who claims he wants facts and science, it's odd that he is purposefully hiding the facts and data.
Cuomo is famous for stopping investigations of himself.

Indeed, he had many partners go to jail due to previous government corruption he led.

This morning a major battle was lost by Cuomo. What’s her name, Janice or something on Fox and Friends, told of her loss of both mother and father in law when they were forced into nursing homes. Different facilities I believe. Both died of COVID virus.
It was a long sad story ending in the needless deaths but state mandated deaths of two good people

She was on Tucker last night. She was going to testify but Cumo killed it.
IF Barr were competent, and IF Barr had the authority, this issue should be investigated seriously. Then heads should roll — especially Cuomo’s.
When you have absolute power you can get away with this.
Mario sure skipped the intelligence gene on these two, and spliced an extra entitlement gene to take up the vacancy. Nothing else can describe them besides A$$holes with an echo chamber.
So, in point of fact, she testified twice. Once last night and once again this morning. The public watched both the Fox hearings of uncensored testimony
More New Yorkers and Americans heard her testimony on Fox than the cancelled hearing
If prosecutions on the Bureaucrats involved in "Crossfire Hurricane" had been announced on a timely basis, most of the problems we are experiencing right now nationally would not exist.
The choke chain of the big bad dog of tyrannical government would have been jerked real hard. Since it wasn't the pack is feral and uncontrollable.
All true. They weren’t prosecuted when they should’ve been, and they never will be.
