Yes! And “there” and “their” seem to be above the pay grade of a lot of people. There just isn’t enough time to teach English and grammar when the first priority is to teach socialism/communism.
It’s quite easy to write the wrong homophone when writing fast - e.g. there their they’re your you’re - even when knowing the differences (and anyone not knowing the differences I would consider illiterate).
Proof-reading catches it, but in Internet forums one writes fast and doesn’t proof. And here at FR there’s no edit function to correct posts once posted.
