If you are obese, turn your life around and lose 20 or 40 pounds. It can be done if you will yourself to do this. It will help your sore knees, you will have more energy, your heart will last longer, you can buy new clothes and will look more attractive. I was fat and lost 40 pounds. I am glad I did this. I’m not done and am working on losing 20 more pounds of flab.
Congrats on your progress! Really like your comment and agree - sore foot, ankle, knee & lower back are alllll happy about weight loss, NOT happy when I’d gained.
