Cody Hanson is a bad actor.
He should be charged not only with 2nd Degree assault, but an expanded Assault and Battery with intent to main, assault on a senior citizen, assault on a veteran, and fleeing the scene of a felony.
Pile on the charged and put him in jail for live, plus seize his assets to pay for the victim’s medical bills, loss of any income, etc.
Then shot him!!
