And it will be the democrats filing lawsuits. They can explain to the electorate why they couldn’t do these things themselves which is what they were elected to do.
And if the Dems sue...and win...Trump then can rightfully claim the Dems don’t care...and then said victory will be precedent that prevents dem presidents from doing something similar. Win win. No matter how you slice it.
