If you can pay to get in - or someone takes you as a guest - you’re in.
I know people who golf all the time; they live in normal, un-gated, middle-class suburban neighborhoods.

Won’t the rent have to be paid eventually? Am I wrong to think that it is not a rent forgiveness, but a rent deferral. People who are still collecting their paychecks but are not paying their rent are such lowlifes. Landlords have bills to pay too.
It is virtually impossible to get back rent from tenants. The state makes it very difficult even in non-covid times. And it is very expensive and time consuming to even make the attempt. Even if you already have a judgement then you still have a long ways to go. And you will probably never collect a dime.
