...question is was this load of ammonium nitrate stored for a bomb detonated accidentally by Hezzbollah? Israeli agents? Or a Sunni group?
I suspect the “confiscation” was actually taking delivery.
It’s not clear why the ship ended up in that port when it was supposed to deliver the cargo elsewhere.
