Why does God continue to contend with the depravity of man?. . . .
Longsuffering, but not forever. Time is almost up.
Because He is not willing that any perish but that all should come to repentance because He takes no joy in the death of the wicked (II Pet. 3:9; Ezek. 33:11.)
But there will come a day when He will deal with the wicked and if they do not repent their fate will be very unpleasant.
