Gee, just as I was thinking of making a road trip to visit NYC. Darn. Going to miss the, well the, or maybe the, hum maybe not missing anything. The problem here is that a huge majority of the people want to be kept safe from getting infected with SARS-CoV-2, by any means necessary, and are demanding that their politicians make that happen.
The fact that SARS-CoV-2 infection is for the most part not life-threatening is meaningless to the average American voter.
