Do you burn your clothes after you get home from a day of mask wearing?
Do you put your mask into a medical waste bin to be picked up by hazardous waste companies and incinerated?
If these masks are stopping the virus, then they are medical waste and need to be disposed in accordance with medical waste laws.
When you go out the mask is collecting virons and so ar your clothes, your hair, your eyes, those useless rubber gloves you undoubtedly wear everywhere and every cell of your exposed skin.
Did you know that right now your body has 30,000,000,000,000 individual virons floating around? Yet you are still alive.
Tell you what. Lock yourself in the basement and wait for the vaccine that wont work. Just stay away from me and I promise the trillions of virons I carry wont infect you.
Deal?
We might actually agree on something........I have my doubts about an affective vaccine.....guess well see.
The mask doesnt stop any SARS type virus.
By wearing a mask youre keeping you breathing, talking, coughing, sneezing mist, vapors from disbursing a few feet from you.
The mask keep your Breathing/Lung particles close to you. The travel is greatly reduced. When someone else also wears a mask and there is distance between you both.......there is a dramatically reduced risk of exchange of particles or exhaled air.
So if someone is infected and they dont know it for a few days, the virus can be spread very easily. If a mask is worn by all, thats extremely reduced.
In surgery, the surgeon wears a mask to protect the patient from His germs. Not to protect the doctor from the patients germs.
I dont burn my cloths, but I dont wear the same pair of shoes in or around the house.
Im careful but not to worried........Im more concerned with infecting others than become infected myself. I think Ill be fine, the older man getting food might not be. The Grandma picking up a prescription could end up in very bad shape.
