Who can set or change the date?
That is ONLY up to Congress.
I'm not really sure if delaying the vote would be a good thing. Unless the President is trying to draw out the truth that this whole 'fear of COVID-19' is a bunch of malarkey, then I guess I may not be 'getting it'.
