Much of China’s farmland is getting flooded. They will need to import food, which will raise global prices.
A bigger issue is how much of their manufacturing is along the Yangtze River. I don’t want to think about how many US manufacturing companies depend on parts from China. If your product has dozens of parts, all it takes is not getting one part to shut you down.

You can do the research. The area that will be flooded produces about 20% of the world’s grain supply in particular.
He didn’t mention that if the dam goes, CCP will have about 25% fewer people to feed themselves. That could mitigate prices.
