Every time this guy talks, it reinforces my belief that if he wins, within 6-8 months the 25th Amendment will be used to get rid of him, and then we’re stuck with his Veep (and whomever it is that runs her behind the scenes). Talk about a coup - this is one planned well in advance.
Sleepy Joe gives his two census’ worth. That’s all he’s worth.
She is pulling / guiding him away from the Reporters to what I suppose is a Vehicle. All the while Joe has a "were is my rice pudding" grin on his face. That sad sack is three vegetables short of a Cobb Salad
“where”
so, that would make this 2040. Maybe he should change his name from Basementman to Rip VanBasementman.
That first link was from February, or around then. I think maybe in Iowa?
Why not post the entire video?

The clip you posted starts around the 11 minute mark. You can look at the full context and judge for yourself. I don’t see dementia there, just an old fool who always talked fast and can’t express himself clearly. Even after all the makeup, Biden looks like he is on death’s door. I am hopeful that when it comes to debate time, the contrast will be big enough to trip him up.
Joe can’t do a speech without a teleprompter, and he can’t have a news conference without having the answers showing on a teleprompter, and he likely would make all his decisions with a teleprompter telling him what to do and say.
Hmmm... seems he learned well from his old boss, Obama.

Didn’t Biden once speak about the Germans bombing Pearl Harbor?
Actually, that was an Internet rumor—unable to find a video of it or a legit source for it.

He could be in a worse status if so.
When this terrible disease really takes over, the folks with it can lose their reality basis on a daily basis.
Hallucinations, delusion, and paranoia can become a daily occurrence, for people with dementia; especially if the dementia is caused by Alzheimer's, and they have had it for many years. -Tom
