Now that I think about it, does Kellyanne Conway put her (considerable) income into a joint checking account? Does her demented toad husband George have access to that money? Because if that is true, then the Lincoln project group of traitors could be receiving, indirectly, taxpayer money to fund it.

Once the taxpayers’ agent parts with the money, once Conway is paid, it’s not taxpayer money any more. It’s Conway money to be spent however Conway chooses.
