Deduct twice that amount from any federal funds that Portland receives.They shouldn’t get any. If Trump refused Minneapolis any money, he can refuse to give Portland any, and he should say it on national TV.
In order for Portland to collect any money, they would need the Army on their side, and I don’t think they will get any backing from the Army.
