I think she threw that in to make it sound like a common-sense list of things to do. Then there’ll never be a dam - just the usual solar panel/wind turbine nonsense.
Idaho is 7th in the US for hydropower generation.
Not just for power, but all the lovely boating and fishing, flood control and agriculture.
Idaho would be a 3rd world state without the dams. They get real testy with enviros who talk smack about tearing out dams.
