Nadler’s Rule: Everyone must wear masks all the time except when speaking. (Am I wrong or is it true that the time when you are most likely to “spread” the virus is when when, in fact, you’re talking ... y’know ... spewing all that spittle?)

Nads laying out Barr’s and Justice’s “crimes” and “improprieties”. Barr — appropriately — looks, well, bored.

I can’t help but laugh when, at Covid press conferences, each speaker takes their mask off at a podium that every other speaker just removed their mask to spew at for several minutes. In doing so, they usually touch the mask face in removing and putting it in their pocket (nope, no germs in there)! Then when done speaking, they use fingers that have since touched high contact areas such as the lecture grip or mic to remove the mask from their pocket, reapply and make a point to go stand 6 feet away from everyome else.
