Totally correct. The issue is Metabolic Syndrome .... higher Type 2 diabetes, inflammation, etc. The virus is not “racist”, but if you have Metabolic Syndrome & are already inflamed, you’re likely to have a more severe course of COVID. Also, if your Vit D levela are below 30 ng, you’re more likely to have a severe case of COVID.
The SAD (Standard American Diet) way of eating is killing people. Literally. Big Food & Big Pharma & Government Guidelines are keeping people on the wrong track. Medical schools are teaching docs to prescribe drugs for symptoms instead of fixing the underlying issues (most of which can be fixed with diet/lifestyle changes).
