We all know who wall ass is and the payroll tax is a huge thing for many working types.But than the DOC(Democrats on Crack) constituents don't work much.Many are either in jail, trying to get across the border or busy tearing down buildings in Seattle and Portland late at night. Payroll taxes don't mean much to them.
