Me either. I am an American, of Scottish ancestry, not a Scottish-American. I don’t run around calling myself a Scottish-American to everyone I meet. I have never seen it offered on any form that asks me my race or Ethnic group choices.

There are times, in my less... um... charitable moments, that I would be all in for taking the “hyphenated Americans”, chopping off the American part, yanking their passports and shipping them off forever to whatever other thing they called themselves.
American. It’s a binary situation. You are or you aren’t.

OMG, this is awful news. We need patriots like Lloyd now more than ever!
I am so sorry to hear this news... we met and talked to Lloyd several times over the years at CPAC (not this year though). I'm sure I have a photo of us with him at CPAC somewhere. Great guy!
Rest in Peace, Lloyd. You will most certainly be missed.
