Every President Bush has to appoint at least one David Souter (stealth progressive) to the Supreme Court. Just think if Jeb! had won he would have appointed Justices who would have ruled illegal immigration is a Constitutional Right and illegal aliens become automatic citizens once they reach American soil. The lesson here no more appointing “moderate” or “mainstream” compromise Justices in hopes of clearing the Senate this is what you get. Keep sending up Constitutional Justices and force the Republican Senators to justify their no vote to their voters.

Roberts and the rest of the STCOTUS* majority have betrayed the First Amendment and given aid and comfort to the enemy.
