Oh I agree with you, and he has earned the right, to be sure.

Arrogance doesn't necessarily play well before a jury, that's all I'm thinking. I know he's gotten settlements so far, which is great. But if one of the defendants thinks they can get the upper hand by going before a jury, they'll do it.

I'm just saying, on the basis of wanting him to get the largest possible monetary award, it might be wise to keep his own council until he's done squeezing the defendants.

Then he can really let loose, from the left seat of his private jet.
