I got one addressed to my father. He has been dead for 23 years. I am sure they will vote on his behalf, just as I am sure they are casting my vote on Chicago. My daughter is eligible to vote here even though she has been gone for ten years. Cynical? Me?
Cook County, IL, where my Family lived from 1955-1967, was/is notorious for the “Voting Dead” back in the 50/60s; I’m sure it’s much worse now.
