I think it’s time for the US government to issue travel advisories stating it is dangerous for US citizens and passport holders to visit China or Chinese territories.
Also, do like Japan and offer tax credits or outright financial assistance for moving offices and production out of China and back to the US or friendly territory.

As someone from a prominent think tank said while being interviewed by DW, there is nothing in or from China that any Western country would want to steal. No matter who he talked to from a Western country, he found that the stealing of data, manufacturing secrets, etc. went just one way, to China.
