No human being that shows up at an emergency room is turned away if they have a medical need. That has been the basic policy of all public hospitals since their inception and is not remarkable. Hospitals must budget their costs to offset the normally limited financial loss that this humane treatment entails by adjusting their charges.
What is not sustainable is allowing unlimited numbers of people who are not legal residents to demand all medical care at public hospitals paid for by the citizens of that country. This threatens the health care of everyone because of the principle of the “tragedy of the commons”.
No - WE - are not.
When did we get obligated to pay for anyone else’s health care?
And I’m not referring to wicked laws passed.

So where they go is open borders and health care for the entire planet. There will be nothing left but the bleached bones of the USA with Biden and his handlers.
If Biden is elected, and the dems keep the House and take the Senate, you will be obligated to provide free health care for everyone in the U.S., legally or not.
And you will be obligated to a whole lot more and expected to provide it when you will have a whole lot less.

So let’s call it “Galactic Healthcare” since Universe was already taken.
This means anyone in the galaxy can come to the US and get treated for “FREE”, I.E. all the working people pay.
